Write It Down!
Get yourself a notepad and pen (or pencil). Or, use your Blackberry. Or, dust off the Apple Newton you haven’t used in years and put in fresh batteries. Whatever it takes, just write it down!
There are things that I think of doing, nay, I plan on doing when I get on my computer. I think about it so frequently during the day, you would think it would be ingrained in my memory, no?
But, not so! Perhaps I need to re-read the chapter on Memory in my Development of Brain Power eBook, because when I finally sit down in front of the computer, my brain has been reduced to mush, and I cannot recall a quarter of the things I wanted to do!
I do better when I write it down. As a bonus, you get that feeling of accomplishment when you get to scratch something off your list!
If you write it down, you have something to refer to when your brain takes a trip to Never Never Land and doesn’t take the rest of your body with it.
Whatever you plan to do, need to do, want to do, write it down and you will get more things done!

So true! I always carry a small notepad with me and especially now that I am blogging, I tend to come up with great ideas and if I fail to write them down, I tend to forget them.
