Christmas Meme

I thought about tagging Nina with my Super Seven Sunday meme, but wasn’t sure if she did memes so didn’t tag her. But, by the Law of Inverse Karmic Reactions, she tagged me instead with Santa’s Collectively Written Christmas Meme.

Nina writes: “I like it because it’s a collective story. The rules are pretty simple. Each person who gets tagged adds two lines to the already existing story (remember to number them). In those added lines, one word needs to be hyperlinked to your own blog and your post should include a link to Santa’s Community Blog, the originator of the meme. Whoever reaches 21 lines, submits the story to Santa here, by commenting to that post with a link to your post. Santa will select the best, nicest, warmest, funniest collectively written Christmas stories and publish them on Santa’s Community Blog.”

Cut and paste saves me a heck of a lot of time explaining these things. :-)

1- The day before Christmas a young little girl
2- Was worried about Christmas in the Future.
3- So, she planted an acre of “living Christmas trees”
4. without realizing that the grumpy Alien Next Door
5. was allergic to trees and hated Christmas.
6. So the young girl called the INS and had her deported,
7. For she would let nothing stand in the way of her dreams.

Okay, so maybe I made the little girl a little edgier. ;-) Anyway, who to tag, who to tag?

Well, red and green are Christmas colors, so it’s only appropriate that I tag Ruby and Doug Green. And also Hart Red. And, with no particular colors in mind, also Lewis and Ann. Remember to read the directions carefully!

Does this mean you’re going to dedicate another color to me on your color palatte chart? ;)

What an excellent way to motivate me to do a meme in order to revenge-tag you back! Now if only I can find one that you haven’t already finished before me…

(and the slow and steady turtle is supposed to win the race, how!? =P)

One per blogger. Too bad I didn’t know about this then. ;-)

I only have one I haven’t finished yet.

You’ll have to ask Aesop.

You rascal! (getting deported to Mars is okay for a while [they have some rather nice hills here], but as Arnold said: “I’ll be bock!”)
