All I Wanted Was a Shade of Gray, But Has It Yellowed with Age?
Today is the eleventh of December in the year 2007. I point that out because if you’re reading these days, weeks or months from now, you may have no idea what I am talking about, as I may have updated or changed my theme by now. In that case, please move along to the next post. Might I suggest: “We Are One.”
For those of you reading contemporaneously, what color is my sidebar? Seriously. What color is it?
You see, it is supposed to be a light shade of gray. On two of my computers, it looks like a shade of gray. But, on the computer I’m currently using, which is the newest, it appears to be a pale gray with a tinge of yellow. Maybe it’s just the viewing angle. Probably is. But, just wanted to see how it looks on your screen.
If it looks gray, excellent. My plan for world domination has not encountered a tiny snag.
If it looks yellowish, tell me. Because, while yellow is a fine color, it doesn’t go well with my color scheme. Maybe gold might look nice, but not yellow but I digress…
If it appears to be a different color all together, have you updated your computer’s clock lately? Because maybe you’re reading this several months from now and I have changed my theme. Mind you, why would I change such a wonderful theme? Maybe I came up with something better, but I usually stick with the same layout for several years before I start messing around with it. Okay, not always. Sometimes I change more frequently than that.
But, again, I digress…
It looks gray to me. The only yellow I see is in the ebay widget. Of course, this computer is a couple of years old. Hope that helps

Your sidebar appears light gray to me–no hint of a yellow tint! (I’m a poet and I…but, I digress.) Even if it did have a bit of a yellow tint, I’d have thought yellow and green would look fine together–though, of course, it’s hard to say without actually seeing the specific shade. I guess you’re not really feeling as if the yellow particularly matches the red you’re also using, though. But, either way, everything looks fine on my end!

It’s gray on my laptop, sitting here in the hotel in Norfolk. I don’t see any yellow.
Thanks everyone! It must be my viewing angle. If I look straight on, it does look like a light gray, but at a slight angle, it looks a little yellow.
