Jon wanted to see my photo that I thought was somewhat similar to his. Well, I was happy to oblige, but I opted for one that was slightly different.

I have a photo similar to Jon’s with a row of trees, but I have another shot of the same group of trees, from a closer perspective, taken last February after a little ice storm. If you look closely at the branches, you can see the white on the upper branches. That’s not snow, that’s ice!

The clouds were playing along too. On the trees on the right hand side, it almost looks as though the clouds were puffy white leaves on the branches, sort of like the way you typically see trees drawn in cartoons.
