Creepy Underwear Guy Seeks Swimsuit Model
Michelle thinks I need to have pictures of naked men, or at least men in their underwear, or men proudly wearing nothing but David Hasselhoff belt buckles.
Apparently, she’s some kind of marketing genius too, so I suppose I should listen. Plus, many moons ago, a marketing consultant told me I need to do more to appeal to the female audience. Mind you, that was for a different website, but in the hopes of stretching my marketing dollars, I will apply that same advice here, regardless of whether or not it’s a good fit. Marketing is marketing after all, and we all need to stretch our dollars, even if the advice was free to begin with and didn’t cost me a single penny.
So, for my female viewers, here is an image of a guy in his underwear seeking a nice bikini model. Mind you, the guy looks a bit creepy to me, but since I don’t know what’s attractive to women, I’m figuring if he looks creepy to me, he’ll look like a potential red hot lover to my female viewers.

The lesson here is that you’ve got to give the audience what they want. If your audience wants to see pictures of men in their underpants, maybe you should post some pictures, even if your blog is about lampshades. Because traffic is what matters, and if your server is hosed because of too many people coming in to look at half-naked men in their tighty whities instead of shopping for lampshades, well, you’ll just have to deal with it. That’s Web 2.0, baby. It’s all about social networking, even if you can’t make a penny off of it.
It’s all about networking. It’s all about business. And business shouldn’t be about making money. It should be about giving people what they want. As a business person, you should know that you don’t need to make your house payment or feed your kids or even buy clothes because if you’re left with nothing but your underwear, you can just post a few pictures online.
It’s all about traffic and having lots of it because the ones who have gotten rich off of social networking are the ones who generate lots and lots of traffic.
Then, they sell their website to some poor schmuck for millions of dollars, and laugh all the way to the bank. Meanwhile, the buyer is left scratching his head, wondering why the heck did I buy this? These kids don’t buy anything! How am I going to make money off this thing!?
Give your audience what they want. Grow your audience day after day. Don’t be a schmuck; find one!
Then, you too can be a wealthy e-entrepreneur.
Geez. I make this stuff so easy for you.

Maaaannnn..that’s a very yummy and delicious cyber babe you got there.
I wonder how this can be relate to the spirit of enterpreneurship
It brings in the traffic. Over time.
wowww..what a babe
I like the girl better than the guy. She’s more proportionate.
It just seems that way because she has better posture.
What happened to Joe Boxer? This is a sad post.
Actually I am accountant- not a marketing genius.
The ad while I am reading this is for Tylenol- that’s ingenious, it’s like “Not tonight honey I have a headache.”
I saw this post the other night while I was doing my Mom’s taxes over the phone. I am not sure why I was reading dcr blogs and doing taxes at the same time. When I started laughing my husband and oldest son immediately flank me. So I shooed them away because I was doing taxes. A few minutes later my husband who is supposedly working on his laptop says,
“Did you know this guys header winks?”
Yes- actually that’s the only reason why I read your blog.
Note to self: Add winking character to eCommerce site…
