What I want to know is, how do I put a mirror up on my eCommerce website? Taking a photo doesn’t seem to work…
I thought the mirrors were to prevent theft. The mirror theory does not work on me
since I am at garage sales, estate sales and thrift stores more often then not.
Usually what I wear out looks better then what’s on the racks- ie clothes with stains,
torn up raccoon fur coats, anything from the seventies…
Note I said “usually”- it’s the days I look really scruddy I walk out St Vinnie’s with a bag full of
clothes meant for a hobo gang. Then again I am okay with looking like the leader of a hobo gang.
Probably dual-purpose: stop theft, get people to buy more stuff. I wonder if that counts as a double tax deduction?
Probably not.
These are some good tips. I never thought about the desire to fill a basket or cart up. Leave your kids at home is an interesting tip. Starting your shopping at the back of the store where the milk, bread, and eggs are is a good idea.
Blindfolding the kids is another option, but people will look at you funny.
I am so programmed that it kills me when people go the wrong way in the aisle. Like there’s a right way to go. See what I mean? And skipping aisles is somewhat difficult for me as well. The good thing is that I can actually restrain myself from filling up a cart. I guess it’s the foodie in me that likes to grocery shop.
When I was a kid, I thought they should have marked lanes and turn signals on the carts. Maybe that wouldn’t be such a bad idea. As it is, a lot of people steer their carts like they drive their cars. And, don’t you hate it when two friends going in opposite directions stop and talk while blocking traffic and not budge when anyone else comes down the aisle?
That happens with people in cars too…
