A blog buddy of mine, FatDoctor, pressed the wrong button and lost her blog. I have managed to get over half of her posts back for her, without the graphics, but that is all. I know that you are computer savvy. Do you have ideas on how she can get her posts, or blog back? She is FatDoctor.org

It is not the first time that I head of someone losing a blog. I use blogger. I wounder if they have an automatic back up? I guess a back up of some kind is something I should look into. Some people have a duplicate blog with another server. Now I understand why.
Just don’t duplicate your blog’s content on a second server. Doing so will get you penalized in the search engines, as they will see it as duplicate content and lower the rankings on one or both sites.
With WordPress, I think there are scripts or plugins that will do backups, but I just do mine manually.
