Blogging Schedule
As mentioned previously, I wanted to figure out a schedule for blogging, whereby I blog on different topics depending upon the day of the week. Well, here is that schedule:
- Sunday Screening - Short films and animations. How-to’s may still be posted on Tech Tuesday, but Sunday Screening will be focused on viewing and not creating.
- Mundane Monday - (Click the link for examples.)
- Tech Tuesday - Technical stuff, which may range from animation techniques to blog plug-ins. I realize that’s only technically A-B but we’ll cover the whole A-Z range of tech stuff.
- Wordless Wednesday - Pictures. Usually.
- Thoughtful Thursday - Thoughts, which were previously posted on any ol’ day, but now we’ll limit the thinking to one day a week. Why tax our brains?
- Photo Phriday - Photos.
- Success Saturday - Tips and stuff on achieving success, making more money, etc.
In addition, some days may get double posts, as I’ll still do general blogging tips whenever and also the occasional “Weird Stuff You Can Win on eBay” post, plus other stuff that doesn’t readily fit into any of the standard daily topics.

Great idea blogging on a schedule! A little organization never hurts! (And your idea about only thinking one day a week–now that’s really an interesting one!

P.S. Sorry I haven’t been by lately! I’ve been incredibly busy–and I think I’m beginning to experience withdrawals from not being able to find the time to get regular “fixes” from my favorite (aka, most addictive) blogs!
No problem. I haven’t been visiting as other blogs as often either. I’ve been trying to get back into the swing of things. As I mentioned in another post, I skimmed through old posts in my feed reader, and now try to keep up on new posts.
But, I’m noticing a lot of blogs I regularly visit haven’t been updated as often either, which tends to break the momentum a bit.
Oh, my goodness!
Don’t remind me about my poor, neglected feed reader! (Actually, I’m glad you did, because I need to get in there and clean things up–though I’m afraid to find out how many posts have built up while I’ve been too busy to check.)
Glad to hear I’m not the only one who’s been too busy to visit most of my favorite blogs. I have to confess that I sometimes don’t manage to update as often as I’d like, either. Sometimes life is just too hectic.

OMG a schedule? I could never stick to a schedule. I hardly have time for myself, lol. At least you have direction Dan! Keep up the good work. Sorry I’ve been out of touch. In between work-work and remodeling, it’s been hectic this side.
