I backup religiously. I couldn't imagine what I'd do if my blog died and I had no backup. Man, it makes me shudder just thinking about it.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the link Dan! I use phpmyadmin to back up my database, though I have never read the wordpress official method - I guess I am doing it right. I've tried the back up plug in, but as you know, I have an aversion to plug ins. I've been taking a little break after my ordeal, but I just couldn't wait too long to write again :smile:</description>
