You know, I don’t usually do politics here, but seeing as Mike has started dipping his toes in it and Doug is busy moving so no politics from him for a bit, I figured maybe I should at least briefly cover some of the major political stories, no?

So, today, Obama named his running mate. No, it’s not John Edwards. It’s not Hillary Clinton either. It’s actually quite shocking. You better watch the announcement for yourself, or you’d never believe me.

All I can say is, Wow! Who would have thought, eh?
