Blogging and Birding
You know, it’s not easy to blog when you’re typing with one hand and holding a bird in the other, but that’s what I’m doing!
Anyway, I was putting my stories away in my file cabinet, and Angel (that’s my dove) was getting rambunctious. So, after I filed my stories away—and after looking for “Darnella“, which is missing—I’m guessing I pulled it one other time and have it still “out”—I decided I’d take Angel out for a while.
Pete will just have to wait a while longer for the resolution of “Darnella.”
So, anyway, Angel is in one hand while I type with the other. I can’t let her wander around, not with the cat and dogs and all, but at least she can see a bit of the computer and the Internet for a while.
I think she likes listening to birds on YouTube… She may become an Internet addict!

Oh, Darnella is one of the stories I’ve gotten a sneak peek at. I want to know how that one ends. Evil kids.
I had much more of a zoo when I was a kid.
I’ve got to find my folder for “Darnella.” I think I know where it might be, but I haven’t looked there yet.
By the way, when are you going to tell us why you picked the story you did that you thought I was going to pick?

I let the birds out too … they will actually fly over if I call them. Wild kingdom-ish!!
