Today’s mystery blogger is an easy one. Take your guess in the comments as to who it is!

Yesterday’s Mystery Blogger #1 was Joanne of the laid.back buddhist.

Michelle was the first to answer that correctly. Deborah was quick to grab on to her coattails and agree.

Yesterday’s photo showed a Buddha on a beach chair. I got the little Buddha statue for my birthday. I ate at a local Chinese restaurant on my birthday. It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet. So, basically you eat all you can eat, then they bring out a little cake surrounded by fruit, fruit and more fruit, and you cannot eat said cake because you already ate all you can eat! And, you get a little gift too which, this year, was a little Buddha statue. And, that was perfect since I think I had already planned the photo meme but didn’t have a Buddha. My fortune was “Treasure what you have.” And, on the reverse, they teach you how to say something in Chinese. It was “Be full.” I already was, thank you!

So, anyway, then I got a little beach chair to go with it. I figured a Buddha on a beach chair could be seen as being laid-back. I already had sand. So, I took a paper towel and put it on my computer desk, dangerously close to my keyboard beneath. Then, I dumped sand on the paper towel and spread it out. (Yes, dumping sand close to the keyboard. The things I will do for a blog post!) Arranged the Buddha and the chair. And then I took a few pictures at a couple different angles. The one I picked, obviously, is the one I showed yesterday. Of course, I cropped out the portions where the paper towel was showing. I didn’t have quite enough sand!

I did all that much earlier in the year, but didn’t get around to posting it until yesterday. Of course, as I mentioned, I had planned to tag others too (that would have been a perfect meme for Jon since all he does nowadays is photos! Pete too.) but never took the additional photos.
