In essence, it will ruin the concept of twitter: if EVERYONE (and not people who have earned it) has a massive number of followers, the whole idea becomes devalued and irrelevant. The best analogy I can come up with is a crude one: TweeterGetter is the equivalent of using suspicious drugs because one is insecure about the size of their penis. Why are people so desperate for numbers? Someone should close that account, it's just not right having 'dummy' accounts set up.
