I did use a thin hamburger.  In fact, this is the first time I've successfully managed to make a thin hamburger.  Usually, they shrink and plump up, even when I've flattened them pretty good.  This time, I made it really thin, figuring it would shrink and plump a little and it'd still be almost thin.  Instead, it didn't shrink or plump at all.</description>
