Traffic is a funny thing.  It really does seem to be related to links.  The more backlinks you have, the more Google likes you and the more traffic you get.  Certain posts can go crazy too and that increases my traffic for a while.  If I look at my stats, I see occasional days and weeks that spike to thousands or tens of thousands of visits.  But if I look at long term averages, it has been the same for the past few years, 500 to 700 per day.</description>

Reading many of your posts is more like reading a good story. Most blogs read like an instruction manual for a microwave.</description>
