Thank You!

Thank you for making May 2010 the most trafficked month in this blog’s history. (Or at least as far back as I have stats, but the odds are really really good I wasn’t getting this much traffic before I kept track of stats.)

Inexplicably, May was the best month of the year so far and, as already mentioned, the best month of all time.

Yes, I know if it was the best month of all then it’s clearly also the best month of the year, but let me revel for a moment, even if such reveling results in restating the obvious in different ways. That’s part of my online charm. Probably. Or not, but the traffic says otherwise.

Unless, of course, this blog has become such a train wreck that everyone is popping in to see the crash. Could be. You never know. So, if you’re one of those gawkers just looking for broken pieces and bloody body parts strewn across the tracks, you could at least buy something while you’re here. You know, because train repair and reconstructive surgery are expensive. I have two eBooks, er, eCourses/eGuides/eWhateverYouWantToCallThemThatMakesYouAlsoWantToBuyThem, right in the pretty sidebar. So, divert your eyes away from the train wreck for a moment and check those out.

And if so much time has gone by that I’ve redesigned this blog and you don’t see any eWhatAreTheys in the sidebar, keep looking. I’m sure I probably have something up for sale somewhere.

Okay, so where was I? Oh, yes, “Barcelona.”

Wait. Sorry. That was from Doctor Who. Okay, let’s go again.

Anyway, May was inexplicably popular, but I repeat myself. Is it really the lack of photos? Were my pictures that bad that it was scaring people away, scarring them for life?

At any rate, you see how I didn’t start this sentence with “Anyway” again? I almost did, but caught myself at the last minute and substituted “At any rate” which is almost the same but not. Still kind of a lame way to start a sentence though, eh? I always thought I used “just” too much, but perhaps I also overuse “Anyway.” And “At any rate.” And probably a dozen other words and phrases.

I need a better segue. So… Wait. I overdo “so” too. So is so last year.

I’ve got some work to do on some websites. I still have some wrapping up to do on my science fiction site. I have a client’s site to make some changes on. I’ll do that first because they pay me and I don’t pay myself that well, so they’ll get priority positioning. After that, I have two other websites of my own to do. Not sure which to tackle first.

It’s time to close this post as it’s time for bed. Good night! Or good morning if you’re not reading this until morning. Or good afternoon, if, well, you know. Or, bonus tempus postmeridianus if you’re reading this in the future and we’re all speaking Latin again. You never know. Sorry. Vos nunquam teneo.

How about “Moving on . . .” as a segue? It’s OK. You can have it for free.

And congratulations on an awesome May!
