I believe it’s a picture of Dan in the dark- possibly nude… and because he is Mr. Creepy- it makes his day to think that we are staring at a nude picture of him on the internet guessing what it is.
I bet he is at work naked now and the FedEx man is shouting at him to put some pants on!
