If I recall, I think "dan" might have been taken. Quite frequently, "dan" is taken. So, I've just tended to use DCR most places, or sometimes variations on DCR. But then, I noticed you use your real name over here so I realized I don't have to worry too much about preserving your anonymity and can call you Dan. So yeah, you confuse me. :) I like "Dan's blog" because it sounds a bit more personal and human but I suppose it depends on what you'll be blogging about.
