It’s actually a “T-Head” which is an add-on unit that connects to a single color press and allows it to print two colors at a time. It swings away from the press when not in use.

It doesn’t look like the photo anymore. Ours was shot, so it’s being disassembled for scrap. Some parts I will keep for display in our little “printing museum” in our shop.
