Throwing Up the White Flag
Actually, it’s another “Thoughtless Thursday” but I refuse to acknowledge that in the headline because this is supposed to be the Year of Awesome and another Thoughtless Thursday harkens back to 2012, which was lame, and we do not wish to return there.
So, while the post may be thoughtless, at least the title shall suggest otherwise.
That is a start.
Next week, we shall try to have the content and the title both be awesome.
throwing up an entire white flag would mean you had SWALLOWED an entire white flag…in which case, throwing it up might be the most comfortable alternative :D.
On a slightly more savory topic, “throwback thursday” would give you an acceptable reason to pick fabulous (or under-appreciated) blog posts as actual topics for discussion - the history aspect of this will only become more valuable
