Photo Phriday: Clouds
Apparently, if you’re a photographer and want to sell stock images, nature images don’t sell too well. Not enough demand.
At least, that’s what I’ve read. But maybe it was written by someone trying to reduce the competition, because who doesn’t like a good nature photo?
Or clouds? Who doesn’t like to look at clouds? I try to remember to take cloud pictures whenever there’s a nice sky. You never know when you might need one for a background.
Or a blog post. 
I happen to love nature photographs and have bought several over time. What a pretty blue sky picture you’ve posted today.
Nature photos are great to look at.
Since most everyone has a 5mp camera on their phone, and like you Dan take pictures of clouds and nature as they see it, why would they buy nature pictures from stock agencies/sites?
If I want to look at cool nature shots, I can wander through iStockPhoto and get my fix - for free
